3. Booking and Payments

3.2 Payment Terms
Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due upon completion of the move.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Clients may cancel their booking under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the move date may incur a cancellation fee.
5. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Access and Parking
Clients must ensure that our team has reasonable access to the pickup and drop-off locations. Any parking restrictions or requirements should be communicated in advance.
7. Scheduling and Rescheduling
We strive to adhere to the agreed schedule. If rescheduling is necessary, the following terms apply:
- Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty.
- Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled move may incur additional fees.
8. Prohibited Items
For safety and legal reasons, certain items cannot be transported by Ealing Man with Van:
